KF Institute of Thought Leadership & Development

India needs thought leaders. Leaders who can inspire, guide having thought in the light of the vision of the nation.

India’s developmental challenge is the challenge of leadership.

In order to inspire generations they are need to play the role of  ‘Thought Leaders”.

Facing daunting challenges requires visionary thought leadership. Sadly, we have only a few thought leaders given the number of limited think tanks we have. Our education system is too inadequate to encourage independent, critical and courageous thinking to face the challenges.

Our country needs thought leaders in every field.

Take example of healthcare, security, sustainable development, education, ….

In last two decades we lost eminent thought leaders. When we lose a key thought leader who served as a guiding light; it is a critical loss.

KnowledgeFountain Institute of Thought Leadership & Development has taken upon itself to contribute substantially to thought leadership development through its knowledge support services.

Currently we have focussed on a critical area of Environment and sustainability. The focus is on Climate change.

Climate change is real and poses a grim existential challenge to every country and our country will face grim challenges if our leadership fails in responding rightly.

KFITLD has identified key stakeholders to address the challenge of climate change such as CEOs, Architects, Company Secretaries, Doctors, Lawyers,  Media professionals and academicians. They have to now take up the role id disaster managers.

KFITLD has launched various forums of these professionals to fight the peril of climate change.

A unique distance education program has been designed to give scientific grounding in the phenomenon of climate change with role specific focus.  For example, the recent peril of Corona virus opened our eye widely. Climate change can compound such problems in future as various new vectors of diseases can erupt. If doctors are given necessary grounding in climate change with latest knowledge resources they can play a better and empowered role to face the healthcare challenge.
