Innovation Studies Project

Attention: Head-Human Resource

When Bills Gates of Microsoft said it, it made great sense. And it made sense not just because Bill Gates said it. Bill Gates implied that if his Microsoft did not produce a new innovative product regularly, he would end up starting rose farming.”

It was about innovation, and the need for continual innovation for the survival of every business worth the name. As Gates explains it is valid for Microsoft Corporation as well as every business that wants to survive and thrive.

The crucial point is stark that no business can survive without innovation and next innovation. And the reasons are so obvious that warrant no mention here.

Ask any CEO and you will hear these two things - If you want to survive and thrive in business today, be firmly customer-focussed and innovate continually. Nothing is more important than knowing your customer. And the only way out is continuous innovation. If creating a customer is the purpose of business then to retain that customer is the purpose of innovation.

Knowledge Fountain invites organisations to enrol a team of five participants in the Innovation Studies Project, a unique study and research project focussed on innovation. This project is aimed at unleashing innovation force within the organisation. Participants will apply the knowledge they acquire to accomplish innovation.

This study is spread over one year duration. There are training programs and collective study. Participants will study over 25 micro courses on innovation and related topics. New courses are continually added to update the knowledge of project participants. There are multiple opportunities for online interactions through recorded and live sessions with experts.
