We have a profound dream of Knowledge Society Maharashtra.

We believe that pulling in the vast and varied knowledge resources of innumerable knowledge workers and professionals, and utilising the latest technologies powerful and pervasive knowledge force can be unleashed in Maharashtra (and in every state of India) to build knowledge communities of knowledge workers and professionals in every domain. This inter and multidisciplinary knowledge force can boost inclusive and empowering developmental dynamics across the state. Critical burning developmental issues can be powerfully addressed and mitigated. This can lead to what we call at Knowledge Fountain as “KnowledgeVolution – knowledge evolution” of the people and the society at large. Rapid across the board inclusive development is possible through this approach. It is only through knowledge we can bring the change we desire. 

Knowledge Fountain has meticulously prepared a blue print for building knowledge society in India by unleashing the knowledge force. 

We have already started our extensive work starting with the school students and reaching up to higher education institutions by offering various raining programs in knowledge engineering and management. We are in the process of building a vast network of knowledge communities, building community knowledge resource centres and instituting innovative processes to put knowledge to work for innovation. This cognitive knowledge infrastructure will empower people to convert their potential into performance. 

Of course, we have a pan India vision of building the India as the knowledge society.

India that is Bharat has always been engrossed for knowledge. The very meaning of the word “Bharat” is “The one engrossed in knowledge”. Knowledge is the destiny of Bharat, a land of knowledge workers. 

We are determined to contribute substantially to unleash the knowledge force Maharashtra.
